ANKARA - KAYSERİ  8 JULY 2010

The departure time of the Trans Asia train was 23:55.  My dear Turkey... I didn't see any train depart on time at all.  Usually I didn't follow whether the train departed on schedule or not... I couldn't be disappointed... I avoid this situation. I didn't follow...



A total of four passengers settled in the train compartment: two Polish youths, one middle age German and I... Andre, Paul and Yugin. My English consisted of "yes" and "no". I tried to say Andre in French. I quickly relised that mutual communication was not possible. Simply observing would have to suffice for me throughout the journey. How much stranger could the situation get on this journey !








At  departure, which was at midnight, the conductor gave each of us a pillow, bed sheet and a blanket. I was uncomfortable on the bunk bed  throughout the night and only slept briefly toward morning.  In the morning the train arrived Ankara Station at 9:30.  Here it stayed for a while for passengers 
 disembarking at Ankara. Meanwhile I bought a cup of thea and a simimt for breakfast from the train restaurant. The young Poles were just spreading Nutella on a slice of bread for breakfast...




I had slept..When I awake, the train hd arrived in Kayseri. My sister phoned me to congratulate me as this day would be the asencion night of Prophet Muhammad. I thanked her.. İn my opinion it is interesting approach that  I should receive the same congratulation while I wrote this text. I would like to ask her why the Prophet went there...

A few hours later my former colleague Mustafa called me and after (the usual small talk) he invited me to his daughter wedding.  I remembered her from our time together in a small Aegean town as teachers in the 1980's. I thanked him and said that I was going to Iran.

He said, "Oh, really !"

You can still see.. The snow of Erciyes doesn't melt even in summer . Erciyes is one of the symbol of the city of Kayseri... Stupid boys of Kayseri go to school to be an official in the future. Smart boys of Kayseri get to be an apprentice and afterwards they become businessmen...

19 th of September ,2023.   We are now in the beginning point to realise  my brother project  ın Greece lands, together Melike, my brother and I. We earlier wake up to cross the border between Turkey  and Greece in the summer house , Altinoluk.   Distance about 230 kilometers till Ipsala gate, also has a crossing the sea in the Çanakkale Bosphorus. We reached to the ferry in time which had remained  only a few minutes  to leave from harbour by my brother's driving.  My brother, Nusret fulled the car tank before the exit from Turkey in a fuel station in Ipsala. While crossing the Greece gate very easy  the "heaven" had remained back  also  playing to Greek music at the radio... Alexandroupoli- Dededağaç - the first destination . While sunrise we are walking at the coast. This art product welcome every Turks traveller which  no knowing where to go at the coast in Alexandroupoli. It is not possible to not remember similar examples from Turkey.  Only a pile of  iron . I don&#

Why Pragh?  You can find a reason for your choice to travel to somewhere, which was not necessary  either. Mostly names do not have any meaning. I don't know whether the name of Pragh city has a meaning or not. I know as historical it is a center of Bohemia. I  had a question in my mind was there any relation between  bohem behaviours and geografical term Bohemia and local people of Bohemia  by the time I decided to go to Pragh.  Yes, even if it is small connection... Bohem term come from French to us that was used  for unordinary life style of artists early 19th century. It  mistaken was used for gypsies  due to similarity between their social life and artists life style in the  recidents of France. As for the connection of terms.. Gypsies  came from via Bohemia in the 15th century to  France.  The picture of Renoir " The Bohemian". ..  Sometime an image may be the most explainer tool for terms... Bratislava -Krakow

           Once more , I had discovered the cheapest way to reach out the mid of Europe for a while.. at least, if I don't count the transfer cost to Krakow from Bratislava. The  round trip flight cost to the Bratislava airport from the  Dalaman airport was just 48 euro. Everything is good until here.             The plane of Ryanair launded at the Bratislava Letisko Airport toward midnight in 20th of October 2023. No bus in this hours to Krakow. I had to spent the night on the chairs of Letisko Bratislava.    I had booked the bus ticket to Krakow in the Flixbus firm.I had time until afternoon on saturday in Bratislava. I left Letisko Airport very early by public bus 60 numero to go to the city center of Bratislava. Already the intercity bus terminal is in the Nivy center where is in the city center of Bratislava.  The Nivy Tower is one of shopping centers in Bratislava . The intercity buses terminals is placed under floor of shopping. Quite modern, clean, usefull..also you can use
